FORSEA cofounder & genocide scholar Maung Zarni will join an international group of distinguished human rights researchers and defenders including Rohingya refugee activists from India, Thailand and New Zealand. He will offer a comparative perspective on the behavior and policy of genocidal regimes and societies across history and geography and the phenomenon of “secondary genocides” of survivors, dating back to Europe immediately after the Nazi genocides of Jews, Roma, Sinti and other victimised populations.
